If you’re here, it means you ordered or plan on ordering from us and we genuinely appreciate that. Humankind exists because of our community, and we don’t take that lightly. Our goal is always to deliver thoughtfully made products and a respectful, transparent experience. When something doesn’t go perfectly, we want to explain what’s going on and help however we reasonably can.

Below you’ll find clear answers to the most common questions we get.

Shipping

At this time, we ship within the United States.

We work with USPS, UPS, and DHL. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location, order weight, and selected shipping speed.

We aim to fulfill most orders within 48 hours of being placed.

That means your order is typically packed and handed off to the carrier within that window. Delivery time depends on the shipping option you choose and the carrier’s transit time.

During high-volume periods (launches, sales, holidays), fulfillment can take a bit longer. If there’s a delay beyond what’s typical, we encourage you to reach out so we can check on your order.

Returns & Exchanges

Please note, all swimwear is only available for exchange or store credit.

Because swimwear is an intimate, seasonal product, all swimwear purchases are eligible for exchange or store credit only, not refunds to the original payment method.

We know this isn’t everyone’s preferred policy, so we want to be very clear about it upfront.

Our goal with this approach is to:

• Keep pricing fair without building high return-loss costs into our products

• Maintain hygiene standards for intimate garments

• Continue producing in smaller, more responsible quantities

Items marked Final Sale cannot be returned or exchanged. This includes all sale and clearance items.

Once your request is submitted, you’ll receive instructions on next steps.

Exchanges must be initiated within 30 days of your order date.

Returned items must be:

• Unworn and unused

• In pristine condition

• With original tags attached

Items showing signs of wear unfortunately can’t be accepted.

Fit & Sizing

We offer inclusive sizing from XS–4X and provide detailed measurements on every product page.

We strongly recommend:

• Measuring yourself before ordering

• Comparing your measurements to the size chart

• Reviewing fit notes on each product page

Our swimwear is designed to feel snug and supportive, but not uncomfortable. If elastics dig or feel overly tight, sizing up is usually the right move.

Yes, slightly. Our fabrics relax a bit once wet, which is why a secure fit when dry is intentional.
