HOW TO MEASURE
Measure yourself in comfortable, close fitting clothing or under garments. Always make sure the measuring tape is level from front to back and side to side. It can be helpful to measure with two mirrors or get a friend to help you keep the tape level around the back.
TIPS
- Our swimsuits are designed to fit snug and feel compressive but not crazy tight. The elastics shouldn’t dig. If they do, try a size up.
- Remember that when you’re in the water, your suit will relax a tiny bit.
- Measure yourself and find the closest match in the chart for your size.

- Chest Measure across the nipples.
- Rib Exhale. While exhaling, measure the ribcage below the bust or pectoralis muscles.
- Waist Bend from side to side. At the place where your body indents, that is your natural waist. Measure around the body at this spot. The natural waist has no association with the belly button - it’s maybe above or below your belly button. Your waist may not be the smallest circumference on your torso.
- Hip Measure the fullest part of the hip - often 7 to 9 inches down from the waist.
- Torso Make a large loop around your body from one shoulder, where a tank strap would sit, down the front of your body, between your legs and up your back. The measuring tape should not “cut in” and does not need to follow the outline of your body.
*Chest is a body measurement. Wearers of compression styles can expect a minimum chest reduction of one inch below their body measurement for those with C-cups and above.
