Pride season officially kicked off last month in Tampa, and right around the corner is another celebration in the Sunshine State– Miami Beach, Florida!
Miami Beach Pride, celebrating 15 years, will take place April 15th & 16th at Lummus Park. This year’s theme? “Growing Stronger Together.” With Miami Beach recognized as one of the most welcoming LGBTQ+ communities in the world, this year’s celebration will be one to remember.
The free festival will take place both Saturday and Sunday from 12:00 PM to 11:00 PM and you can catch acts like Wrabel, Todrick Hall, and Shangela on the AT&T Entertainment Stage. With DJs, a Trans-Pride Pavilion, a Calming Center and a drone show to end the weekend, this festival will have something for everyone. Read more about the festival here.
The parade is on Sunday 12:00 PM and marches down Ocean Drive. Thousands will march in solidarity with the LGBTQ+ community. Charities and organizations will march with floats, dancers, music, and drag performances. You will not want to miss this iconic event for all ages.
